Terms & Conditions for Stock Program
Size Information:
Men/unisex: XS (30-32), S (34-36), M (38-40), L (42-44), XL (46-48), 2XL (50-52), 3XL (54-56), 4XL (58-60), 5XL (62-64)
Ladies' sizes: XS (0-2), S (4-6), M (8-10), L (12-14), XL (16-18), 2XL (20-22), 3XL (24-26)
Junior sizes: S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20)
***BIG SIZES: Most of all our styles available in sizes XS-8XL. Additional charges will be assessed for 2XL-8XL
***TALL SIZES are available for stock items but require min order (6 dozen). Tall sizes are not in stock and require 2-4 weeks lead time. Additional charges for tall sizes will be applied.
***Minimum orders 6 dozen for if it custom colors or tall sizes included are per style and color.
Return Policy:
***Claim of shortage or error must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of the goods. Exchange will be allowed only for the same style, size, and color. Garments that have been worn, embroidered, imprinted or otherwise altered will not be accepted for credit.
***Return Authorization: Merchandise will not be accepted for return without a return authorization #, and must be received within 15 days of shipment. 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Overdue Accounts:
*** We reserve the right to withhold order prior to shipment without notification on all overdue accounts.
Shipment:
***All shipments F.O.B. New York.
In-Stock Program:
***No minimums for stock items.
Volume Discounts:
**** Volume discounts may be available on 500 pcs or more. Call for quote.
Sample Policy:
***Samples are billed at the single unit-price. All samples are size Large and will be available in any of our stock colors.
*Sample orders
*If the sample size is not available, another size will be shipped.
*If sample color is not available, a color swatch will be provided with the garment.
Terms:
Net 30 days with credit approval, otherwise certified check/company check with approval, or credit card.
We reserve the right to withhold shipment, without notification, on overdue accounts.
